city by its founder Maharana Udai Singh whose earlier capital was
Chittaurgarh. It was on the advice of a saint that he shifted his
capital as Chittaurgarh. Was proving unlucky for him. Named after
its founder, it is also one of the most famous travel destinations
in India.
